Dishwasher/Steward at Lolo's (part-time)
About The Position
Lolo's is hiring a part-time Dishwasher/Steward to wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, glassware, and kitchen equipment; maintain clean kitchen and service areas; and support banquet setup and breakdown as needed. The role also assists culinary and service teams during busy periods and follows food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Evening, weekend, holiday, and special-event availability is required. Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is competitive hourly pay based on experience. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish area, storage areas, and banquet spaces.
- Remove trash and assist with daily and deep cleaning tasks.
- Support banquet setup and breakdown as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist the culinary and service teams during busy periods.
