About The Position
The Dishwasher (Steward) helps maintain sanitary dishwashing and pot-washing areas and equipment, operates dishwashing and silver-polishing equipment, and keeps control of food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware, and service-equipment inventories. The role requires knowledge of dishwashing equipment and chemical-feed equipment, strong organizational and guest-service skills, effective verbal communication in English, and the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required, is necessary. Previous kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation, chemicals, and chemical-feed equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest-service skills.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related work.
