About The Position

The Busperson supports dining room and food and beverage operations at Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando. This role clears and sorts soiled plates and service ware, assists servers with guest greetings and delivery of water and beverages, and keeps dining and service areas clean and sanitary. Food and beverage experience is preferred. The position requires strong organizational and guest service skills, effective verbal communication in English, the ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Clear soiled plates and service ware from tables and service areas, transport them to the dishwashing area, and sort them appropriately.
Greet guests and assist servers with delivering water and beverages.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining rooms and service areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
