About The Position
The Busperson supports dining room operations by clearing and sorting soiled dishes and service ware, assisting Servers with water and beverage delivery, and maintaining clean and sanitary dining and service areas. The role requires strong organizational and guest service skills, effective verbal communication in English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Food and Beverage experience, including experience in high-volume operations, is preferred.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Nice To Haves
- Food and Beverage experience.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations.
Responsibilities
- Clear soiled plates and service ware from tables and service areas and sort them appropriately in the dishwashing area.
- Greet guests and assist Servers with delivery of water and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the dining room and service areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
