About The Position

The Pool Food Runner delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables, prepares front-of-house food and beverage items for service, and helps maintain clean and sanitary dining and service areas. The role requires strong organization and guest service skills, effective verbal communication in English, and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills.
Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time.
Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of Food Runner experience preferred.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner.
Set up front-of-house food and beverage items for service.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the dining room and service areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
