About The Position
The Dishwasher (Steward) maintains sanitation in dishwashing and pot-washing areas and equipment, operates dishwashing and silver-polishing equipment, and helps control inventories of food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware, and service equipment. The role requires knowledge of dishwashing equipment, chemicals, and chemical feed equipment. Previous kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related experience is preferred. The position requires effective English communication, strong organizational and guest-service skills, the ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation, chemicals, and chemical feed equipment.
