About The Position

The Dishwasher I operates dish machines according to company standards, uses the proper measurements of detergents and sanitizer, and restocks dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. The role includes disposing of garbage, breaking down and cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine at the end of the shift, and keeping dishes and storage areas clean and organized. The employee may also perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with peers.
• Basic understanding of sanitation guidelines.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
• Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening, and repetitive motion.
• Ability to stand 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
