About The Position

Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a Dish Steward to join Hotel 1928 and its hospitality team. The role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking dishes and related items, maintaining the dish room and dish machine, removing garbage, and helping clean other restaurant areas as requested. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
