About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward to support restaurant operations. The role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking dishes and kitchenware, maintaining the dish room and dish machine, removing garbage, and helping keep storage and other restaurant areas clean. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove all garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
