About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward to join its team at The DeSoto Savannah. The role supports restaurant operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans; maintaining the dish room and dish machine; keeping storage areas clean and organized; and assisting with other restaurant cleaning as requested. The position is tipped eligible. Compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

High school education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Remove all garbage.
Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
