About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward to support restaurant operations. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, maintaining, and restocking dishware and kitchen items, keeping dish and storage areas clean and organized, and helping clean other restaurant areas as requested. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
