About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for The DeSoto Savannah. The role supports restaurant operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishware, maintaining the dish room and dish machine, keeping storage areas organized, and assisting with other cleaning tasks as requested. This position is tipped eligible. The hiring process may include interviews, a drug screen, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
