About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, the Director, Sales Training will define and lead sales training strategy for North America. The role will ensure DBV’s Immunology field team is knowledgeable, compliant, and confident from the first day of the Viaskin® Peanut launch, pending FDA approval. This is a ground-up build: the Director will set the training vision and establish the curricula, certification standards, and learning infrastructure for equipping a launch-stage company’s sales organization. This hands-on leadership role calls for a builder who combines field credibility and scientific fluency with expertise in adult learning. The Director will shape strategy, facilitate workshops, and navigate medical, legal, and regulatory review. Success means having a certified, launch-ready field force; a training function trusted by Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners; and a measurable connection between training and field performance as DBV moves toward and through commercial launch. The position is based in Warren, New Jersey, with a minimum of three days on site. The stated salary range is $190,000–$220,000.

  • Define and track training effectiveness measures, including knowledge retention, certification, and time-to-productivity; work with Analytics and Field Operations to connect them to field performance.
  • Select and manage training vendors, learning platforms (LMS), and budget, applying build-versus-buy judgment and governing digital and AI-enabled learning tools.
  • Leverage third-party training partners and agencies to scale capacity and define the operating model that will support the field through and beyond launch.
