The role partners with Sales, Business Development, Field Applications Engineers, Product Management, Product & Technology Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Market and Competitive Intelligence, and partner marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, or product marketing; ideally in semiconductor, networking, or advanced B2B technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success building a sales enablement function or program from scratch, including battlecards, training, and field-facing content.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure technologies such as optical interconnect, custom silicon, switching, and storage.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales and Business Development teams on key accounts in a design-win or complex B2B sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate deep technical content into clear, field-usable materials.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on, self-directed leader in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with limited existing infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience selling to, or enabling teams that sell to, hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or major network equipment OEMs.
  • Strong working knowledge of competitive intelligence practices, including win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring, and positioning.
  • Experience building Executive Briefing Center or executive engagement programs.
  • Experience with enablement or content platforms such as Brandfolder, Highspot, or Seismic; CRM-driven reporting; and AI-assisted content tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development leaders to identify enablement gaps, including at-risk designs, customer objections, and missing content or training.
  • Propose a prioritized enablement roadmap based on revenue impact and field feedback, in partnership with Product & Technology Marketing leadership.
  • Develop account narrative decks, product information materials such as one-pagers and specifications, Executive Briefing Center presentation templates, and objection-handling guides with Integrated Marketing and Creative.
  • Build and maintain a central, continuously updated repository of customer-facing information.
  • Ensure enablement assets use approved business-unit messaging and technical claims, and establish standards to restrict customer-specific and NDA-protected content to authorized account teams.
  • Partner with Market and Competitive Intelligence to build and maintain a battlecard library covering all business units, tailored by customer and socket type, and refreshed quarterly.
  • Run or participate in win/loss reviews with Sales and Field Applications Engineers on significant pursuits, and route findings to Product Management, Competitive Intelligence, and Product & Technology Marketing.
  • Lead field readiness for product and technology launches with Product & Technology Marketing, providing launch briefings, positioning, and first-call materials ahead of announcements.
  • Align launch enablement with the integrated campaign calendar so customer-facing teams are prepared for industry events such as OFC, OCP, and Computex.
  • Work with partner marketing to plan pre-show customer and partner meetings that optimize industry-event engagement and support design-win momentum.
  • Design and deliver training for Sales, Business Development, and Field Applications Engineer teams, including messaging workshops, battlecard walkthroughs, and demo narratives.
  • Build a repeatable, self-service enablement model rather than relying on ad hoc asset production.
  • Create an onboarding program to accelerate time-to-productivity for new Sales and Business Development hires.
  • Track field satisfaction, launch readiness, content usage, and win-rate trends; report enablement impact to marketing and business leadership regularly.
  • Use measurement results and field feedback to refine the enablement roadmap.
