Director of Sales Enablement

YCHARTS INC•Chicago, IL
•$150,000 - $185,000•Hybrid

About The Position

YCharts is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement to build and operate a hands-on sales enablement program. The role will establish credibility with VP-level sales leaders across Institutional/Asset Management and Wealth Enterprise, own the enablement platform, and represent enablement in company-level planning. As the function grows, the role may evolve to include building and leading a team and shaping broader programs and strategy. The role will turn YCharts’ brand and product story into materials that help sales teams sell on value. It will replace the current sales resource center with a governed enablement library and program designed to measurably shorten sales cycles and improve win rates at priority accounts, making enablement a trusted and trackable system. The initial focus is on Institutional/Asset Management and Wealth Enterprise, with the approach later extending to Key Accounts and Independent/SMB as the program matures. The Director will partner across Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to create field-ready resources, drive adoption and coaching, and measure content usage and impact. The role will also manage the enablement platform vendor relationship, implementation, and budget. Success includes launching a centralized, tagged content library within the first two quarters; delivering adopted value-selling narratives and materials for the initial segments; establishing a baseline connecting content usage to sales outcomes; and holding or improving conversion and win rates while improving marketing content development efficiency. YCharts describes itself as a SaaS platform serving wealth managers, RIAs, asset managers, and broker-dealers. The position has a hybrid work schedule. Total cash compensation is $150,000–$185,000 USD, inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation, with starting salary determined by skills and experience.

  • Define and roll out a value-selling enablement and certification approach for segment sales teams, aligned with the unified brand promise.
