About The Position

The Director of Product Marketing will lead the strategy and go-to-market execution for one of Lattice's most strategic product lines. As part of the Marketing organization, this leader will own the product line vision and positioning, translate deep technical capability into clear customer value, and serve as the senior cross-functional voice that aligns engineering, sales, and executive leadership around a shared plan. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product marketing leader to shape how a flagship Lattice product line competes and wins, to inspire multidisciplinary teams, and to build the customer relationships and market presence that drive sustained, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for the product line, defining the objectives, positioning, and metrics that measure success.
  • Define the technical and business requirements that ensure new products reach the market complete and competitive, and direct execution across the multifunctional product development team.
  • Establish the messaging and value proposition for the product line and its product families, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and consistent narrative across all customer-facing channels.
  • Set and own the pricing strategy for the product line, partnering with the pricing team to monitor and adjust pricing for competitiveness and margin.
  • Serve as the senior product line spokesperson to the executive team, reporting on performance, market dynamics, and strategic direction, and helping to shape investment and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with sales, customers, and engineering to assess and recommend the course of action on strategic sales and customer requests, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and the field, translating customer and sales feedback into a prioritized, forward-looking product roadmap.
  • Represent the product line externally as a thought leader with key customers, partners, and industry analysts, and at industry events.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship across the extended product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
