Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor product marketing, technical marketing, product management, applications engineering, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, with experience in mixed-signal, analog, power, sensing, connectivity, or related product domains
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer applications and end-system requirements and translate market needs into product, portfolio, and roadmap recommendations
  • Experience managing product launches, go-to-market activities, and business growth initiatives in fast-paced technology markets with multiple concurrent product introductions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including experience with forecasting, business planning, customer engagement, and executive-level presentations
  • Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market strategies that drive business growth for radiation-tolerant semiconductor products serving the new space market(LEO), including market segmentation, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and strategic planning
  • Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and business leadership to provide market insights and influence product roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and technology investments
  • Lead forecasting, business planning, and market analysis activities to support revenue growth, product portfolio performance, and operational planning
  • Engage directly with customers, industry partners, and ecosystem participants to identify emerging trends, application requirements, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities. Expected travel 20-40% of the time
  • Drive the commercialization and market adoption of a high-growth radiation-tolerant portfolio, supporting a high volume of new product introductions and ensuring effective, scalable go-to-market execution across multiple product launches throughout the year
