About The Position

Mirabella at Arizona State University is seeking a full-time Resident Services Director to provide strategic leadership for the Resident Services department. The role fosters a supportive, engaging, and resident-centered environment by overseeing resident services programs, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional experiences throughout the resident journey.

The Director supports residents and families through care transitions, move-ins, challenges, and life changes, and partners with community leaders and departments to develop programs and initiatives that enhance residents’ experiences. The position also oversees resident satisfaction, service quality, budgets, documentation, and operational performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and service delivery standards.

Requirements

• At least three years of management experience in a senior living, resident services, or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, developing programs, and solving complex challenges.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal elder care regulations, resident rights, and best practices in resident-centered services.
• Experience in social work, care coordination, case management, senior living, healthcare, or a related field, with the ability to support residents and families navigating transitions to higher levels of care.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Services department, overseeing programs, team development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support residents and families through care transitions, move-ins, challenges, and life changes, ensuring compassionate and coordinated service delivery.
• Oversee resident satisfaction, service quality, departmental budgets, documentation, and operational performance.
• Partner with community leaders and departments to develop and implement programs, services, and community-wide initiatives that enhance the resident experience.
• Maintain regulatory compliance while monitoring records, resident information, communication systems, and service delivery standards.
