•$220,000 - $250,000•Remote

About The Position

PandaDoc is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the product marketing function, including its strategy, team, and market narrative. This leader will shape how PandaDoc is positioned as the company builds toward an AI-powered, agentic future, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycle—from influencing what is built to taking products to market and driving customer adoption. The role calls for an AI-first operator with strong judgment, initiative, and cross-functional credibility. The Director will build and develop a high-performing PMM team; define target markets, TAM, and go-to-market strategies tied to pipeline and revenue; and own PandaDoc’s messaging and positioning, including its AI capabilities and agentic workflow category. The role will represent customer and prospect needs, influence product roadmap decisions, develop content across the buyer journey, equip Sales and Customer Experience teams, and enable partners and channels with positioning, materials, and training. The position is fully remote and US-based, and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including experience leading a product marketing team.
  • Experience marketing AI-powered products and communicating evolving AI capabilities to technical and non-technical buyers without hype.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as LLMs, research tools, and content-generation tools.
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging that influence how Sales sells and customers buy.
  • Strong data fluency, including setting measurable goals, tracking performance, using analytics tools, and applying findings to decisions.
  • Ability to influence product roadmaps and align Sales teams through insight and trust rather than formal authority.
  • Ability to make complex product information clear and compelling in formats such as demos, one-pagers, and pitch decks.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Define target markets and total addressable market, and develop go-to-market strategies connected to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Own and continuously refine PandaDoc’s messaging and positioning, including its AI-powered capabilities and the agentic workflow category.
  • Use AI tools across research synthesis, competitive analysis, content creation, and launch planning, and establish AI-first practices for the PMM team.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects, represent their needs in roadmap and brand decisions, and build the PMM team into a company-wide customer intelligence resource.
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap decisions, guide investment priorities, and translate complex capabilities into compelling launches.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing on content strategy across the buyer journey, online and offline.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Experience teams with messaging, competitive tools, and enablement materials; measure results and iterate to improve business outcomes.
  • Provide partners and channels with materials, training, and positioning to help them sell PandaDoc effectively.

Benefits

  • A culture emphasizing feedback and professional and personal development.
  • Opportunity to work with a global team distributed worldwide.
