About The Position

GreyMatter is launching GreyMatter Cloud Platform, a new product line, and is hiring a Director of Product Management to define and build it from the ground up. The role owns the platform’s vision, strategy, roadmap, and developer experience, and leads a team of product managers. The Director will work closely with engineering, partners, vendors, customers, and other functions to create a platform that others can build on. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced environment requiring both technical and product depth and the ability to maintain a broader strategic perspective. The Director will define the platform’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; build its developer ecosystem; establish success metrics; and use data and customer and partner insights to guide product decisions. The role also partners on go-to-market and launch, determines packaging, pricing, and partner-program approaches with business leadership, and reports platform health, progress, and strategy to executive leadership. The position is based in San Francisco, California, or Atlanta, Georgia, and reports to the VP / Chief Product Officer. Compensation and benefits are described as competitive, with details not provided.
