About The Position

The Director of Organizational Performance (General Manager) is a regional operations leader responsible for improving execution and consistency across locations in Felton and Millsboro, Delaware, and Elkridge, Maryland. The role supports Location Managers, helps maintain clear expectations across sites, and drives results through practical operational improvements. This is an on-site, multi-location role involving movement between the three locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday worked and one weekday off every other week. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000–$70,000 and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and a Simple IRA with a 3% match.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in location management as a multi-location operations manager.
Strong operational knowledge, problem-solving skills, coaching ability, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Support and guide Location Managers in operations management, multi-location management, and performance management.
Coach leaders and reinforce team leadership through leadership development and employee coaching.
Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement efforts.
Handle customer relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution, ensuring follow-through.
Strengthen wholesale distribution management, including inventory management and control, warehouse operations, and distribution operations.
Visit the three locations, check in with managers, observe operations, and hold short team huddles.
Compare execution across sites, identify patterns, and develop practical adjustments for teams.
Address customer or employee issues promptly, align people on next steps, and keep work moving.
