About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager serves as Director of Organizational Performance (General Manager) across three locations in Felton and Millsboro, Delaware, and Elkridge, Maryland. The role focuses on tightening execution across sites, maintaining consistent expectations, and improving outcomes through practical operational fixes. The manager works on-site across the locations, supporting Location Managers and strengthening operations, leadership, performance, and distribution practices. The day includes manager check-ins, on-the-floor observation, short team huddles, addressing customer and employee issues, comparing site execution, and turning operational patterns into practical adjustments. The schedule is Monday through Friday, every other Saturday, with one weekday off every other week. Compensation is $50,000–$70,000, plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and a Simple IRA with a 3% match.

Requirements

5–10 years in location management as a multi-location operations manager.
Strong operational knowledge, problem-solving, coaching, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Support and guide Location Managers in operations management, multi-location management, and performance management.
Coach leaders and reinforce team leadership through leadership development and employee coaching.
Lead operational excellence efforts, including business process improvement and continuous improvement.
Handle customer relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution, ensuring follow-through.
Strengthen wholesale distribution management, including inventory management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution operations priorities.
Travel between the three locations, check in with managers, observe on-site operations, and facilitate short huddles.
Compare execution across locations, identify patterns, and develop practical operational adjustments.
