About The Position

Savant Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee assigned communities. The role ensures communities meet and exceed budgeted occupancy, supports the delivery of high-standard service, and works with community, regional, and corporate staff. The Regional Director trains, coaches, and evaluates Executive Directors; reviews financial reports; addresses performance deficiencies; and ensures established policies and procedures are followed. A background clearance must be obtained before starting.

The listed pay scale is $165,000 to $195,000, with eligibility for a 20% bonus.

Requirements

• Multi-site experience.
• RCFE Administrator Certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an RCFE in an operations role.
• Obtain a background clearance before starting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned communities meet and exceed budgeted occupancy.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Executive Directors.
• Evaluate financial reports.

• Ensure communities deliver the highest standard of service in all areas.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and staff members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
