About The Position
The Director of Organizational Development leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities and culture. The role develops high-performing leaders and employees who support exceptional member experience and operational excellence. The position provides strategic direction and oversight for employee development programs, including leadership pipelines, onboarding, performance enablement, and member experience training. The Director directly oversees Member Experience Coach(s) and Training Specialists, aligning leadership capability building with front-line member experience excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership and Management, Business Management, or Administration.
- Eight years of progressive experience in training-related positions.
- Five years of supervisor experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Training Certification or Organization Development Certification.
