About The Position
This is a travel, temporary assignment for a Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) in Sistersville, West Virginia. The assignment runs for 9 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is 5x8 Days, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The weekly pay range is $2,459 to $2,548 per week.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in West Virginia.
- Leadership experience in nursing administration, with DON or equivalent in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards for skilled nursing facilities and quality measures.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills; ability to coordinate across shifts and handle emergent situations.
- BSN preferred; willingness to pursue additional management certifications as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Sistersville, West Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nursing services to ensure delivery of high-quality resident care across shifts.
- Supervise clinical staff, coordinate staffing, and support safe, efficient operation of the unit.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, documentation accuracy, and standards of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support infection control, medication administration, wound care, and resident safety processes.
