About The Position

Requirements

Current California RN license
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR certification
Ability to work in a hospital-type travel assignment setting and adhere to shift requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver direct resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor resident status, identify changes, and report to the care team promptly.
Document care accurately in electronic medical records and communicate changes across disciplines.
Collaborate with physicians, licensed professionals, and support staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and participate in quality improvement activities to support patient safety and outcomes.
