The job overview for the Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement role at Kasa is as follows: This role is crucial in driving the success and growth of Kasa's portfolio, particularly in the multifamily short-term rental market. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, training and empowering the sales team, and developing a high-touch, complex sales process. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, and sales expertise, as well as a willingness to be hands-on and resourceful. Responsibilities
- Define, articulate, and execute a sales strategy to improve the predictability and velocity of growth
- Define prospect persona(s) to tailor the sales process based on the persona(s)
- Design a formal sales process and common vocabulary for the real estate sales team to qualify leads
- Implement and manage the use of a CRM system (Hubspot) to enhance the sales process
- Lead and structure pipeline meetings and quarterly business review meetings to improve forecasting and speed of close
- Increase top-of-funnel leads via marketing efforts
- Utilize content marketing, online advertising, and other sales tactics to amplify the effectiveness of the sales strategy
- Design and execute a multifamily marketing campaign
- Drive growth through the design and implementation of sales processes enabled by technology
- Technical expertise in CRM implementation and utilization, content marketing, online advertising, and other sales strategies
- Deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of content marketing
- Build and deepen relationships with customers and prospects
- Confident and clear communicator
- Effectively identify, prioritize, negotiate, and close business partnerships to grow Kasa's units under management.
Requirements
- Proven success with driving growth through the design and implementation of sales processes enabled by technology
- Technical expertise in CRM implementation and utilization as well as in content marketing, online advertising, and other sales strategies
- Deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of content marketing
- Ability to distribute content in a way that maximizes its reach and impact
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deepen relationships with customers and prospects
- Clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable with driving crucial conversations and delivering feedback
- Ability to identify, prioritize, negotiate, and close business partnerships (nice to have)
