Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement

As the Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement at Kasa, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of Kasa's portfolio in the multifamily short-term rental market. Your role will involve defining and executing the sales strategy, training and empowering the sales team, and developing a high-touch, complex sales process. This strategic and influential position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and sales expertise. Define, articulate, and execute a sales strategy to improve the predictability and velocity of growth.

Define prospect persona(s) to be able to tailor sales process based on the persona(s)

Design a formal sales process and common vocabulary for our real estate sales team to qualify leads across the company’s three main business lines (which are short-term rentals in multifamily, hotel, and single-family properties)

Implement and manage the use of a CRM system (Hubspot) to enhance the sales process, improve qualification and prioritization of leads, track property partner engagement, improve forecasting, and improve the feedback loop between property partner needs and company-wide priorities.

Lead and structure pipeline meetings and quarterly business review meetings to improve forecasting, qualification, probability, and speed of close

Increase top-of-funnel leads via marketing efforts

Utilize content marketing, online advertising, and other sales tactics to amplify the effectiveness of the sales strategy

Design and execute a multifamily marketing campaign (i.e. email campaign, LinkedIn Ads)

• Proven success with driving growth through the design and implementation of sales processes enabled by technology
• Technical expertise in CRM implementation and utilization as well as in content marketing, online advertising, and other sales strategies
• Deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of content marketing
• Ability to distribute content in a way that maximizes its reach and impact
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deepen relationships with customers and prospects
• Clear and confident communicator
• Comfortable with driving crucial conversations and delivering feedback
• Ability to identify, prioritize, negotiate, and close business partnerships
• Self-sufficiency in closing business partnerships is a plus
