About the position
The TechOps Specialist role involves providing support in maintaining data integrity, addressing technical challenges, and enhancing communication between technical and non-technical departments. The responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing technical assistance, updating data, and generating reports. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive identification of discrepancies, and implementing measures to rectify inconsistencies. The TechOps Specialist will serve as the guardian of data accuracy and should have experience in technical support or software development roles, as well as proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in a Technical Support Role or as a Software Developer for a minimum of 1 year
- Fundamental knowledge of AWS, HTML/CSS, Javascript, MongoDB/SQL, and Github
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems
- Strong grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technological products
- Capability to provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance, both in written and verbal forms
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Fluent English proficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executing change requests, triaging bugs, and providing consistent administrative support for Kustomer, our guest-facing CRM system
- Maintain availability for on-call shifts on weekends and/or holidays
