Director of Field Deployment & Market Services

Volley Automation•Denver, CO

About The Position

The Director of Field Deployment & Market Services owns the execution of Volley’s signed contracts through commissioning and ongoing operation of automated parking facilities. The role leads deployment teams and coordinates general contractors, trades, equipment manufacturers, building-system integrators, permitting authorities, and developer clients. It also establishes a local service network in each market and is accountable for uptime and service-level performance across deployed facilities. Based at Volley’s Denver headquarters, the Director oversees the HQ lab and showcase parking facility, where deployments are validated, rehearsed, and used for technician training and customer demonstrations. The role partners with the CTO and engineering team to identify integration issues, improve installation procedures, and make deployment and quality standards repeatable. The Director must also be willing to spend extended periods—weeks to months—on-site in active markets including New York City, Nashville, and Northern California to lead initial deployments. The role reports to the COO. The offered base salary is $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience, with meaningful equity participation and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Applicants selected for hire must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Volley is an equal opportunity employer and accepts direct applicants only, not resumes from third-party vendors or agency recruiters.
