Director, Field Deployment

JETSET Pilates•Miami, FL

About The Position

The Director, Field Deployment leads JETSET’s launch manager team, a highly mobile group that provides hands-on, on-site support across the franchise network. The Director is accountable for team leadership, deployment planning, and the quality of on-site execution, ensuring each assignment has an appropriate launch manager, clear scope and objectives, and a documented handoff when complete. The role provides deployment capacity for new studio launches, approved Performance Acceleration Program assignments, studio ownership transfers, and other extended on-site needs. It partners with the Performance Acceleration Program but does not own that program, its assessment framework, or its improvement plans. For program assignments, launch managers deliver retraining, relaunch preparation, operational coaching, and execution support as scoped by the DFO and program leadership. The Director owns launch-week operational readiness, including readiness reviews, team preparation, issue escalation, and documented recommendations to the designated opening approver. The role also coordinates on-site transition support and operational stabilization assignments, manages travel and deployment budgets, and uses field retrospectives and insights to improve deployment tools, playbooks, checklists, and training. This is a hybrid, Miami-based role with significant travel, up to 75%, to studio locations or JETSET headquarters regional training and support centers. The position reports to the SVP, Operations.
