About The Position

EPOCH Senior Living is hiring a full-time Director of Community Relations, also referred to as Director of Sales, for Bridges by EPOCH at Sudbury, a luxury memory care assisted living community. The role is responsible for all internal and external sales and marketing for the community. The Director develops and executes quarterly marketing overviews and monthly marketing plans, evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies, and builds relationships with families, prospective clients, and referral sources. The employer describes the work environment as fast-paced and highlights corporate sales support and a flexible work schedule. Pay is $85,000–$90,000 per year plus commission.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in senior living sales.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Ability to work as a team with internal departments.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Dynamic, self-starting, organized, upbeat, polished, professional, and personable demeanor.
