Director of Clinical Performance
About The Position
Berman Health Club is creating the future of healthcare by combining Physical Therapy, Performance Training, Recovery Technologies, Longevity Medicine, Golf Performance, Pickleball Performance, and Personalized Wellness. Our mission is to help adults arrive at 80 feeling 40. We are looking for an experienced clinician who wants to help build one of the most innovative performance and longevity companies in the country. This is not a traditional Clinical Director position; instead, you will help build systems, mentor clinicians, improve patient outcomes, develop future leaders, and shape the company's future direction. You will work directly alongside ownership to scale Berman Health Club into the premier destination for performance, recovery, and longevity.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Passion for movement, rehabilitation, performance, and longevity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
