About The Position

An experienced casino operations leader is sought to join a growing, newly opened casino in Central Pennsylvania. The Director of Casino Operations will help shape the property's operations, establish standards and processes to support its continued growth, develop its team, and contribute to the property's success. The opportunity may suit an experienced Casino Operations Manager seeking a director-level role or an established Director looking for a new challenge, with potential for future advancement within a growing multi-property organization.

The role oversees Slot Operations, Table Games, Players Club, and Player Development. It includes leading casino managers and the operations team, analyzing gaming performance and revenue, and overseeing staffing, budgeting, operating procedures, and regulatory compliance. The position offers a competitive salary of $130,000K or more, bonus eligibility of up to 10%, and relocation assistance. Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive casino operations experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing both slot operations and table games.
• Strong background in gaming revenue, analytics, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Key Employee License.

Nice To Haves

• Slot technology and performance analysis experience are highly desirable.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
