About the position
The job overview for the Regional Director of Services Sales role is that the individual will be responsible for owning and leading the services growth strategy in the region. They will define the region's services go-to-market plan, build the opportunity funnel, and secure services business. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to provide year-over-year services growth. The Regional Director will also be responsible for achieving the region's services financial targets and developing and executing programs and services that provide differentiated value to Trace3 customers.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the services growth strategy in the region
- Define the region's services go-to-market and strategic account plan
- Build the opportunity funnel and secure services business
- Flex to current priorities and adapt to the strengths and areas of opportunities of the teams
- Provide year-over-year services growth
- Be responsible for the region's services' financial targets
- Develop and execute programs and services that provide differentiated value to Trace3 customers
- Work closely with services delivery leader and regional sales team members to align on strategic account plan and execution
- Onboard new team members to create alignment with regional services goals
- Educate and provide sales enablement for regional team members on Trace3 services offerings
- Act as the Services Legends Program regional champion
- Lead efforts and be the glue between the engineering (Office of the CTO) and sales teams
- Create and establish the ongoing measurement of the region's Annual Services Strategic Growth Account Plan
- Influence and own quarterly financial results for the region
- Provide month, quarter, and year forecast guidance to regional General Manager (GM)
- Create a growth strategy for each client based on sales rep input, Total Addressable Market (TAM), Trace3 offerings, etc.
- Responsible for client facing meetings and representing Trace3's services portfolio
- Provide a feedback loop to the engineering teams from a Sales and Client perspective
- Hold regular pipeline meetings with sales and delivery team members to review sales pipeline and forecast
- Drive the sale of offerings that will ensure region meets billable utilization requirements
- Perform monthly and quarterly health checks and business updates
- Communicate to leadership on the progress of the plan and any recommended changes to achieve overall services goals
Requirements
- Experience in services sales leadership
- Ability to develop and execute programs and services that provide value to customers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to align with regional sales team and services delivery leader
- Familiarity with Trace3 services offerings
- Ability to create and establish strategic growth account plans
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience in client-facing meetings and representing services portfolio
- Ability to provide feedback and communicate client needs to engineering teams
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
