About The Position
CareOne of New Milford is hiring a Director of Admissions in New Milford, New Jersey. The Director of Admissions coordinates facility admissions by generating and processing referrals, developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources, and conducting facility tours for interested parties. The role also includes signing in new patients, assigning physicians, and coordinating details among hospitals, physicians, the center, and field staff. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and an energetic approach.
- Ability to cultivate working relationships inside and outside the facility.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in the long-term care industry.
- 2–3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills, with strong focus and determination.
- Must be a team player, highly organized, and have a positive attitude.

- At least 3 years of experience in long-term care admissions.
- Marketing experience.
