About The Position

The role develops programs to acquire manufacturing partners and win back lapsed partners; strengthens Xometry’s reputation among manufacturers; supports partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention; aligns with international partner marketing teams; and serves as the primary marketing partner to the supplier-network team. Across both sides of the marketplace, the director builds a pipeline of buyer and partner stories, sets event strategy for buyer and partner audiences, and manages the commercial marketing budget and invoice accuracy.
