About The Position

Dotmatics is seeking an experienced market leader and CMC subject-matter expert to own market growth strategy for Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) within its Molecule to Market offering for Luma, a scientific intelligence platform. This customer- and market-facing role engages CMC leaders at pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and CDMOs to understand their needs and bring those insights to the business. The role drives software adoption and AI use cases across CMC, shaping target markets, positioning, buyer strategy, and go-to-market execution. The Director will support teams across Siemens, including sales, product, services, customer success, and solution marketing, and work with industry thought leaders to shape discussion around digital and AI in CMC. The position works across Siemens DISW and DI Automation organizations to align messaging and customer conversations, and connects CMC to the broader Molecule to Market narrative, including ELN, Lab Orchestration, and Biologics. Success includes establishing a CMC market strategy adopted by Sales, Product, and Services; creating sales tools that the field uses; aligning the CMC story across Dotmatics, DISW, and DI Automation; growing pipeline and wins tied to CMC; and helping CMC leaders understand how Luma can help them run programs and products with greater confidence. The role offers a base pay range of $185,000–$256,000 USD. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable pay; compensation details are discussed with the recruiter.
