Market Growth Director

Gather Health•Boston, MA

About The Position

The Market Growth Director leads patient growth strategy and execution across an assigned market, overseeing Outreach Partners (OPs) and Patient Experience Partners (PEPs). Outreach Partners build relationships with community stakeholders, educate prospective patients about Gather Health’s social primary care model, and support enrollment through community events, partnerships, and phone and in-person connections. Patient Experience Partners manage inbound leads, convert prospects into enrolled patients, and conduct calls to support the patient experience. The Director owns the market’s growth strategy, budget, enrollment targets, and conversion performance across the full funnel. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building systems and developing leaders rather than conducting individual outreach. The Director hires and develops a high-performing team, establishes partnerships with health plans and community organizations, reports performance and insights to executive leadership, and works with clinic operations to support a seamless experience from first contact through the first visit. The role is performance-based, with compensation tied to market growth results, including patient enrollment across the OP and PEP teams. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 per year plus commission. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend events. The role requires at least four days per week in the field or at a Gather Health center in Lynn, Dorchester, Brockton, or Quincy, and local travel to events.
