Market Growth Director

Gather Health•Boston, MA

About The Position

The Market Growth Director leads patient growth strategy and execution across an assigned market, overseeing Outreach Partners (OPs) and Patient Experience Partners (PEPs). Patient Experience Partners manage inbound leads, convert interested prospects into enrolled patients, and conduct calls to support patient experience. The director owns market growth strategy, budget, enrollment targets, and conversion performance across the full funnel. This strategic leadership role builds and develops a high-performing team, establishes partnerships with health plans, community organizations, and other referral sources, and reports market performance and insights to executive leadership. The director also partners with clinic operations to provide a seamless experience from first contact through the first visit.
