About the position
Figma is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to join their team and lead a group of Account Executives. The role involves consulting with existing and potential customers to build meaningful relationships and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and management, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets. They should also be adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement playbooks and systems to support a high-growth sales team
- Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies using data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories
- Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to increase revenue opportunities and improve deal progressions
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of successful Account Executives and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes
- Be accountable for selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business and company scale
- Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for engaging, expanding, and retaining the customer base
- Report to the VP of Sales
- Have 10 years of sales experience (preferably SaaS)
- Have 5 years of management experience and 2 years of second-line leadership experience
- Have prior experience leading managers and Enterprise Account Executives
- Have strong experience leading and building successful, collaborative, and high-performing sales teams
- Have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Have an understanding of the technical and competitive landscape
- Be able to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales (preferably SaaS)
- 5 years of experience in management; 2 years of experience in second line leadership
- Prior experience leading managers and Enterprise Account Executives
