About the position
Garner is seeking a Director of Customer Insights to join their Revenue team and work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to convey Garner's value proposition to high-value prospective customers and renewal accounts. The role involves developing a deep understanding of Garner's products, managing external relationships, and project managing the design and delivery of technical solutions to support Garner Sales on key new business deals. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in consulting, data science, technical sales, or other analytical roles, and a strong interest in healthcare. The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the core functions of Garner’s Employer and DataPro products
- Conduct discovery calls for and support external relationships with high-value prospective clients with the Garner Sales team
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in consulting, data science, technical sales, or other analytical roles
- Deep understanding of Garner's Employer and DataPro products
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and support external relationships with high-value prospective clients
- Project management skills to design and deliver technical solutions for key new business deals
- Project management skills to build financial/outcomes story for key client renewals
- Understanding of Garner's clinical methodology and ability to support business development for Garner DataPro
- Ability to support the improvement of processes/workflows around key client sales/renewals
