Director, Consult Partner - Insurance

Kyndryl•Chicago, IL
•$185,760 - $401,160

About The Position

Kyndryl is hiring a Consult Partner to lead growth across an existing portfolio of insurance accounts. The role focuses on accounts with foundational relationships but significant whitespace and limited Kyndryl presence. It is a hunter-farmer hybrid position for a leader who can build from an initial foothold, rather than inherit a mature book of business. The position owns, runs, and grows a targeted set of accounts, identifying where Kyndryl has the strongest opportunity to win and helping clients modernize mission-critical business lines through AI-driven transformation. The Consult Partner leads multidisciplinary consulting teams, guides complex engagements, and develops strategic change agendas with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders. The role requires insurance-market expertise, strong account-growth and sales capabilities, and the ability to position technology modernization and Agentic AI in terms of measurable business outcomes. The U.S. compensation range is $185,760–$334,320 for a full-time schedule, with different ranges for certain listed locations. The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance, or a sales commission plan if commission-eligible. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.
