About The Position

Tiger Analytics is hiring an AVP Growth Partner to drive growth for its Insurance business unit through hyperscaler and data platform partnerships and alliances. The role is suited to an experienced Data & AI consulting leader with strong industry knowledge, preferably in BFSI and/or Healthcare, and deep familiarity with partner ecosystems. The position involves building collaborative relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams to generate growth outcomes. The AVP will identify opportunities in existing client relationships, translate client challenges into solutions with partner and Tiger Analytics teams, and grow Insurance capabilities across relevant service lines. The role also involves identifying AI/ML opportunities, developing strategic proposals and value propositions, leading enterprise data science and AI/ML solution design and deployment, defining data science roadmaps, mentoring technical teams, and improving practices through emerging technologies. Tiger Analytics is a global AI services firm working with large organizations across North America, Latin America, Europe, and India. It delivers AI, Generative AI, data science, data engineering, and advanced analytics solutions.

Requirements

15+ years of Data & AI consulting and/or technology solutioning experience; experience in BFSI and/or Healthcare is preferred.
Direct client-facing experience is strongly preferred.
Proven leadership in the AI/ML services industry, with a strong record of driving business development and growth.
Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions.
5+ years of experience driving partner ecosystem growth, including with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, and other Data & AI specialist partners.
In-depth understanding of partner products, technology, and go-to-market approaches.
Strong long-term relationship-building and nurturing skills.
Strong storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships within the partner ecosystem through expertise, communication, and influence.
Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships by leveraging the partner ecosystem.
Understand client problems and develop solutions in collaboration with partner teams and internal Tiger Analytics teams.
Drive Insurance capabilities across service lines relevant to the partner ecosystem, working with partnership and sales teams.
Identify AI/ML business opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive market growth through strategic proposals and value propositions.
Lead the design and deployment of scalable, enterprise-level data science and AI/ML solutions while mentoring technical teams.
Define and execute data science roadmaps aligned with business objectives, client needs, and emerging technologies.
Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Continuously improve data science practices and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies into service offerings.
