About The Position

The Connected Warfare division builds systems for global command and control missions, creating joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous connected-mesh ecosystems. Its systems connect robots, people, and sensors across domains and provide a source of truth for time-sensitive decisions, supporting military mission autonomy and the closing of kill chains. The Army portfolio includes major programs such as NGC2 and TITAN, at the intersection of mission command, fires, and intelligence. As the Army Growth Leader, you will own Anduril’s end-to-end growth strategy, customer relationships, and capture execution for its Army mission command and C2 portfolio. You will maintain the NGC2 scale plan, expand TITAN, and position Lattice as the Army’s Intelligence Data Layer. This is a hands-on capture role involving direct requirements shaping, capture campaigns, and senior customer relationship development. The role requires operational depth in how intelligence feeds fires and command workflows, with credibility among general officers and senior civilian leaders.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • At least 10 years of experience in defense business development, capture, or growth leadership, with significant focus on Army C2, ISR, or intelligence domains.
  • Deep operational fluency in intelligence, fires, and mission command workflows, including sensor-to-shooter data pipelines and targeting architectures.
  • In-depth understanding of the modern Army C2 landscape and changing acquisition boundaries.
  • Track record of directly shaping requirements at the PAE/PEO level that resulted in captured programs valued in the 8- to 9-figure range.
  • Demonstrated success leading competitive captures that displaced or diluted entrenched defense incumbents.
  • Robust, active network across PAE C2, T2COM, ASA(ALT), and operational units at the 1- and 2-star command levels.
  • Hands-on capture leadership and command of pricing models, teaming strategies, proposal development, and executive gate reviews.
  • Experience using rapid, non-traditional acquisition mechanisms, including OTAs and middle-tier acquisitions, and integrating software-first solutions into defense hardware programs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to brief general officers and draft rigorous, executable capture documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior uniformed military service in Army intelligence, fires, or signal branches, with direct experience executing intelligence-to-fires workflows.
  • Prior capture, engineering, or operational experience directly supporting Army programs.
  • Prior experience at a venture-backed defense technology company or high-growth technology startup.
  • Working technical knowledge of mesh networking, edge compute infrastructure, and open-architecture software C2 systems.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a multi-hundred-million-dollar defense pipeline from early concept to scaled execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own accountability for the Army growth plan, pipeline health, capture velocity, and multi-year revenue trajectory against the NGC2 scale plan.
  • Execute capture strategies to expand Anduril’s TITAN footprint and position its mesh and data infrastructure to capture the AIDP Data Layer.
  • Engage program executive offices, Army acquisition executives, and requirements owners 12–18 months before solicitations to align requirements with Anduril’s capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary growth contact for Army acquisition executives, operational commanders at the 1- and 2-star level, and leadership across PAE C2, T2COM, and ASA(ALT).
  • Personally direct capture campaigns for 8- and 9-figure programs from early shaping through proposal submission and contract award.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, pricing, and teaming strategies for major pursuits.
  • Track competitor positioning, identify vulnerabilities and incumbent positions, and develop strategies to displace or dilute competitors’ market share.
  • Maintain feedback loops between customer requirements and internal product and engineering teams to ensure solutions can be built, delivered, and sustained at scale.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of total compensation.
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including a comprehensive, competitive package available at little to no cost to employees.
