Product Manager, Connected Warfare

Anduril•Herndon, VA

About The Position

The Product Manager, Connected Warfare serves as the connective tissue between the Voyager product line, the Growth team, internal Anduril stakeholders, and external customer requirements. The role owns product direction input and cross-stakeholder communications for both first-party and third-party delivered products, collaborating closely with the First Party team to ensure decisions reflect market intelligence and internal operational needs. The position turns customer feedback, internal demand signals, operational pain points, and competitive insights into actionable product input. It establishes structured channels for feedback, supports prioritization and roadmap visibility, communicates product changes internally, and aligns product decisions with manufacturing, supply chain, demand planning, and other operational processes. The role also supports broader Division Operations goals and may contribute to other product lines that overlap with Voyager platform functionality.

  • Demonstrated experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines.
  • Ability to synthesize fragmented signals from multiple functions into a clear picture for leadership.
  • Prior success in influence-based roles, driving outcomes through persistence and relationships rather than organizational authority.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Defense or government hardware experience; commercial networking equipment, industrial electronics, or similar physical product lines are also relevant.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, PLM tools, or demand planning processes.
  • Knowledge of ITAR/export-controlled supply chains.
  • Experience with networking or compute hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, internal demand signals, and operational pain points into actionable product insights.
  • Establish regular channels to collect input from internal hardware recipients and relay it to Voyager product leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product priorities, including roadmap visibility, end-of-life planning, and new features.
  • Attend and contribute to Voyager product reviews and planning sessions, representing internal and customer-facing perspectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Growth team and Voyager product line so customer-facing data informs product decisions.
  • Develop predictable processes to capture customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges, building on existing roundtables and sales meetings.
  • Keep the Growth team informed about upcoming Voyager product decisions to enable proactive customer communications.
  • Own and manage internal communications about Voyager product updates, changes, and decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve the Voyager channel as a central source of product announcements, updates, and strategic insights.
  • Produce periodic updates about product changes for relevant teams.
  • Strengthen relationships between Voyager teams, Dublin counterparts, US-based teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations to escalate quality challenges and with Supply Chain to raise delivery-timeline issues.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, demand planning, and manufacturing teams to integrate product decisions into operational processes.
  • Support broader operational goals, including demand planning, hardware/software integration, and internal partnership development.
  • Where applicable, contribute expertise to other product lines that overlap with Voyager platform functionality.
