Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business and providing strategic marketing expertise
- Connect client's business with the agency's brand of marketing expertise
- Act as the client's "first phone call" for any needs or concerns
- Bring deep client knowledge to the Barkley team to set priorities and inspire success
- Proactively manage the right team to deliver work and identify opportunities for organic growth
- Create an inclusive team culture that empowers direct reports and galvanizes the cross-agency team
- Navigate challenging situations and handle difficult conversations artfully
- Respect the expertise of each team member and the importance of each role in the client relationship
- Become an expert in all that Barkley has to offer and combine it with client expertise to form the ideal path forward for the business
- Share and communicate a vision for brave work, setting a clear purpose and action plan for the team
