About The Position
One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for their Back-End Day Schedule in Garner homes. This role offers a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance and make a lasting impact. DSPs will play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. The position is a safety-sensitive role and all offers are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
