About The Position

Endeavor DDD Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Phoenix, Arizona. The role provides personalized care and support to members of all ages with developmental disabilities. DSPs deliver support aligned with each member’s Individual Support Plan and help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes personal growth, dignity, and independence. The position includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and goals; teaching daily living skills; and supporting participation in community activities. The schedule may include day, night, and weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals with special needs.
Active Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
Article 9 training certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
