About The Position

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Direct Support Professional in Visalia to support children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients build happiness, growth, and independence through daily support, skill development, and participation in the community. Positions begin part-time, with a minimum requirement of 20–25 hours per week; full-time hours may be possible depending on center needs and the employee’s availability. The stated schedule needs are Monday–Friday after 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., and Saturday/Sunday after 8 a.m. Pay is $19.00–$20.50 per hour based on experience and education, with an additional $0.50–$2 per hour incentive available for applicable cases.

Requirements
